Here I will touch on a few key must do’s in order to maximize your health and potentiate your life!

 

I’m going to focus strictly on what you need to do to detoxify your physical body today. Yes, physical health certainly impacts ones emotional and spiritual wellbeing, however during this post I’m not going to address or lay out the mental, emotional, or spiritual detoxification process, but once again, simply the how to’s of physical detoxification.

 

Regardless of where you live, today’s world is unfortunately inundated with all sorts of toxins; chemicals, pesticides/herbicides, heavy metals, electro-radiation, and unhealthy particulates. Sadly, it’s impossible to avoid, as they are present in food, water, soil and air. Indoor environments can potentially present even worse as closed quarters and lack of air circulation can increase the risk. Thankfully, there’s a box full of tools that can be used to mitigate, reduce and eliminate toxins from the body.

 

Why even bother considering detoxifying the body? There are extreme correlations and cause and effect relationships between biological toxic load and the risk of health related issues. As I refer to ‘toxic load’ or ‘toxification’, I’m not suggesting acute toxicity or poisoning, but rather the slow, innocuous steady build up of low level toxins accumulated over the course of time.

 

Feeling tired? Can’t sleep? Lack focus? Have hormone related issues? Digestive unrest? Muscle soreness? Shall I go on? Literally any physical ill or complaint (from a sore joint to an aggressive cancer) can potentially be linked to an underlying toxicity build-up.

Secondly, the detoxification process intends to bind the toxins it picks up along the way. And thirdly, the detox process helps support the elimination of these bound toxins out of the body.

 

Due to the fact that volumes can and have been written about physical detoxification, today I am going to simply list some of the most useful detoxification compounds proven to work without fail. A few critical points to keep in mind with any detoxification process are as follows: i) today’s focus is referring to day to day slow and steady detoxification and not focusing on short term, more intensive detox programs or processes, ii) in order to be successful, your digestion and bowels must be functioning healthfully (as in a minimum of at least 1 healthy poop per day or more), and iii) regardless of how fast or slow a detox process is implemented, experiences can vary person to person whereas some people feel great immediately, while others largely struggle with detoxification related symptoms immediately.
